NovaTask Supply LLC supplies business customers across all 50 states. Shipping terms are confirmed on every quotation.
1. Delivery terms
Delivery terms are agreed case by case for each order and confirmed in the quotation. We support the following Incoterms® 2020 rules:
- EXW (Ex Works): you or your forwarder collect the goods from the named place.
- FCA (Free Carrier): we hand the goods to the carrier you nominate at the named place.
- FOB (Free On Board): we deliver the goods on board the vessel at the named port of loading.
2. Freight methods
- Parcel (UPS, FedEx, DHL) for samples and small orders.
- LTL and full-truckload freight for palletized orders within the USA.
- Ocean or air freight for direct shipments from our manufacturing partners in Asia.
3. Lead times
All products are made to print. Sample lead times are quoted with each RFQ, and production typically takes 4–10 weeks after sample approval. Lead times start once we receive the order, any deposit and approved drawings.
4. Packaging and labeling
Goods are packed for freight on pallets or in export cartons, with rust protection for machined steel parts. Custom labels, part numbers and private-label packaging are available on request.
5. Import customs and duties
NovaTask Supply LLC does not provide import customs clearance. The buyer, or the buyer’s customs broker or forwarder, acts as importer of record and is responsible for customs entry, duties, tariffs and import taxes. On request we supply commercial invoices, packing lists and country-of-origin information to support your entry.
6. Damage, shortages and claims
Please check every shipment on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Report damage or shortages to us within 5 business days with photos, the packing list and your order number, so we can file a carrier claim.
7. Tracking
We send tracking or freight bill details by email when your order ships.
