Who do you sell to?
We supply businesses only: OEMs, distributors, retailers, contractors and machine shops across the USA. We do not sell to consumers.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums depend on the product, material and process. Send us your quantities and we will quote the most economical option.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote form on our homepage, or email info@tasktek.org with part numbers or drawings, quantities, material and delivery location. We reply within one business day.
Are your products made to our drawing?
Yes. All products are made to print: gears, shafts, forgings, hydraulic filters, cutting tools and construction tooling are produced to your drawing, sample or specification, with inspection reports on request.
Can we get samples first?
Yes. We make samples to your print for approval before volume production. Sample cost and lead time are quoted with your RFQ.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. SDS drill bits, end mills and filters can be laser-marked and packed with your brand and part numbers.
Where are products made?
Products are made by our vetted manufacturing partners, mainly in China and South Korea. We manage quoting, quality, documentation and shipping arrangements, so you deal with one US company.
What are your payment terms?
Bank wire, ACH or card. New accounts and custom parts usually require a deposit; approved accounts can apply for net terms.
How long does delivery take?
Samples and production lead times are quoted for each order, typically 4–10 weeks for production after sample approval. We ship EXW, FCA or FOB, agreed case by case; import customs clearance is handled by the buyer. See Shipping & Delivery.
What if parts don’t meet specification?
Report it within 10 business days with photos and details. See Returns, Warranty & Claims.
