1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil orders outside of the UK at this time.
- All deliveries are handled by trusted UK courier partners, ensuring reliability and tracking.
2. Free Delivery Threshold
- Orders over £20 GBP qualify for FREE Standard Delivery anywhere in the UK.
- For orders below £20 GBP, a small delivery fee will apply, which is clearly displayed during checkout.
- Free shipping applies automatically once the minimum spend is met — no codes required.
3. Delivery Options
We understand that when you need drill bits, you often need them fast. That’s why we offer two straightforward delivery methods:
Standard Delivery
- Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Free on orders over £20 GBP.
- A small charge applies to orders under £20.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery (1 Working Day)
- Get your SDS drill bits the very next working day.
- Available for orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
- An additional delivery charge applies (displayed at checkout).
- Perfect for urgent projects where you need tools in hand without delay.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders received before 2 PM are processed and dispatched on the same working day.
- Orders received after 2 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel is dispatched.
5. Delays & Exceptions
- While we strive to meet all delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, we will notify you promptly and keep you updated until your order is delivered.
- Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas and bank holidays.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
