This policy explains the conditions, process, and timeframes for returning items and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return any product within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Item
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or altered.
- Clearance or sale items may be final sale (clearly marked on the product page).
- Custom or special-order drill bits (if offered) are not eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange either:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
- We may request photos of the product and packaging to speed up the resolution.
4. Refund Options
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Full Refund – refunded back to your original payment method.
- Exchange – for the same product or another item of equal value.
- Store Credit – applied to your Tasktek account for future purchases.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, faulty), Tasktek will cover the return shipping cost.
- If you are returning an item for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for the return postage.
