Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. We cannot accept returns for clearance items, custom orders, or items that show signs of misuse or wear.
How to Start a Return
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer support team by email at info@tasktek.com. Include your order number in the subject line and describe the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you step-by-step return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Returning the Product
After receiving your return approval, package the product securely in its original box. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package. You may use the return label provided or select your own shipping method, but we recommend choosing a trackable service for your protection.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos and a brief description of the issue in your message. After reviewing your request, we will offer a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund depending on the situation.
Product Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different SDS drill bit size or variation, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
